📦 Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship across the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time:

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days

Shipping Charges:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time through the carrier’s website.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Return Window:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving them.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items worn or damaged by the customer

Return Process:

To initiate a return, contact us at info@atstores.click with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@atstores.click.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll take care of it immediately — either through a replacement or full refund.
